Foundation - S01 Pilot Costumes

In August 2019 Kurt and Bart approached us to help them realise a selection of costumes for the first episode of Apple TV+’s new tentpole science fiction show, Foundation. Based on the Izaac Asamov book series of the same name, Foundation, was to be Apple’s first foray into high genre entertainment.
These designs were done for the show's two female leads, Gaal and Salvor, and helped establish a design language for both cultures in the series going forth.
